Violinist Terrie Baune is the concertmaster of the North State Symphony, the Eureka Symphony, and co-concertmaster of the Oakland Symphony, as well as Director of the Humboldt Chamber Music Workshop. Pianist John Chernoff has been staff accompanist at Humboldt State University and the Heifetz Institute, and performs regularly on the UC Davis noon concert series and many other venues. John and Terrie have been chamber music and recital partners since 2009, performing a variety of familiar standards and lesser-known gems of the repertoire. They will present an eclectic program including romantic favorites and a composition of John's, written especially for the duo.
