PERFORMING ARTS SOCIETY OF REDDING
Seeks Volunteers for 2026-2027 Season
PAS HISTORY: Since 1984, PAS has provided monthly performances to Redding and the surrounding community—the second Friday of each month. The concerts feature chamber music, classical soloists, jazz, world music, dance, and dramatic recitations. The Board of Directors meets monthly on concert evenings. Directors are elected annually or as vacancies occur and hold office for a minimum of 1 year. All positions are on a volunteer basis.
Publicists (at least 2): Mailchimp (email), social media, website, print/radio/television; attends monthly board meetings and concerts. People with experience are best suited.
Photographer/Curator Takes photos of performers, board members, and concert attendees; maintains an archive of photos and programs; attends monthly board meetings and concerts
Members at large: These directors perform important roles at concerts: greeter, stage manager, usher, production assistant, or post-concert strike team; attends monthly board meetings and concerts.
