PAS HISTORY: Since 1984, PAS has provided monthly performances to Redding and the surrounding community—the second Friday of each month. The concerts feature chamber music, classical soloists, jazz, world music, dance, and dramatic recitations. The Board of Directors meets monthly on concert evenings. Directors are elected annually or as vacancies occur and hold office for a minimum of 1 year. All positions are on a volunteer basis.

Secretary: Takes minutes at monthly & special meetings; conducts board correspondence; attends board meetings.

Publicists (at least 2):  Mailchimp (email), social media, website. People with experience are best suited. 

Photographer: Takes photos of performers, board members, and concert attendees.

Videography Assistant: Experience with video cameras & laptops is welcome but not required. Roles range from single camera use, and equipment strike--to streaming, and equipment set-up. No editing involved. 

Members at large: These directors perform important roles at concerts: greeter, stage manager, usher, production assistant, or post-concert strike team.
